INVEST IN THE FUTURE - SUPPORT THE RHSF

EDUCATING THE FUTURE OF REINING

The true measure of a successful charitable organization lays in the quality of the benefits it delivers to the populations it promises to help. The Reining Horse Sports Foundation’s support of the National Reining Horse Youth Association is a shining example of delivering the mission of the RHSF in a measurable way.

At 19 years old,  Cassie Simpson of Phoenix, Arizona, already has an impressive show record, including a 1998 Youth Team Tournament Championship, second place at the 1999 Youth Team Tournament and second and third in the 2000 competition (she competed on two teams).  In 2003 she was back in the championship circle at the Western Affiliate Finals. Her successful show career has resulted in her being awarded $2,500 for scholarships from the Reining Horse Sports Foundation.

Held at the NRHA Affiliate Finals, the Youth Team Tournament is a competition held concurrently with the NRHA Youth 13 & Under and Youth 14-18 classes. Teams of three compete and at least one team member must be under the
age of 13.

Cassie is one of 52 youth competitors who have benefited through substantial educational scholarships from the RHSF. Nearly $64,000 has been dispersed to deserving youth since the inception of the Foundation in 2001. The vision of the Board of Directors of the Reining Horse Sports Foundation is to fund $2 million in scholarships by 2010. By donating to the RHSF, you can help make that happen.
